Welcome to URBAN LAYOUT. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. General
URBAN LAYOUT is an interior design firm that provides design consultation, planning, execution, and related services. All services are subject to availability and agreement between the client and the company.
2. Project Scope & Agreement
- A detailed scope of work, timeline, and payment terms will be shared and agreed upon prior to the start of any project.
- Any changes or additional work beyond the original scope may result in revised timelines and additional costs.
- All agreements must be documented in writing or via official email communications.
3. Consultation & Design
- Initial consultations may be complimentary or chargeable, as specified by URBAN LAYOUT.
- Design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visuals are created based on client preferences and requirements.
- Final designs are shared only upon agreed payments and shall remain the intellectual property of URBAN LAYOUT until full project settlement.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment schedules are defined in the client agreement. Delayed payments may cause project delays or suspension of work.
- All payments are non-refundable once a particular design or stage of work has been initiated.
- URBAN LAYOUT reserves the right to charge additional fees for scope changes or urgent requests.
5. Material & Product Selection
- Product and material selection is subject to availability and client approval.
- Any changes in market price, availability, or vendor recommendations will be communicated and must be approved by the client in writing.
6. Timelines
- Project timelines are estimated based on the approved scope. Delays due to third-party suppliers, client-side decisions, force majeure, or unforeseen site issues may affect delivery schedules.
- URBAN LAYOUT shall not be held liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
7. Liability
- URBAN LAYOUT shall not be responsible for any damage caused by third-party contractors, vendors, or suppliers not directly engaged by the firm.
- We are not liable for damages arising from misuse, neglect, or alteration of the work after handover.
8. Intellectual Property
- All designs, drawings, 3D visuals, and other creative materials remain the property of URBAN LAYOUT unless otherwise agreed.
- Unauthorized reproduction or use of our materials for other purposes is strictly prohibited.
9. Third-Party Links
- Our website may contain links to third-party websites. URBAN LAYOUT is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external sites.
10. Termination
- Either party may terminate an ongoing agreement under mutually agreed conditions, or due to breach of contract, with written notice.
- In the event of termination, all outstanding dues must be cleared immediately.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
